N2 - The variations of the superconducting transition temperature Tc and the magnetic transition temperature TN as functions of the Dy concentration x in the pseudo-quaternary system Er1-xDyxNi2B2C have been systematically investigated by the measurements of electrical resistivity, magnetization, and specific heat. A second magnetic phase transition Tm was observed for the compounds with x=0.29, 0.30, and 0.31, with a concomitant suppression of Tc. A similar second magnetic phase transition Tm and suppression of Tc were also observed for the compounds with x=0.6, 0.7, and 0.8. These results provided the (Tc,TN)-x phase diagram of Er1-xDyxNi2B2C system.
